provide you with our services. We are blessed to have the opportunity to work
with you and hope you will be exceedingly happy with your photos. It is our
desire to glorify God in our work by offering the highest quality in details,
creativity and integrity with every customer.

Payment in full is due at the time of service (at the shooting session) unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
Please note that client cancellations or rescheduling
Photography Services confirmed 48 hours or more prior to scheduled Photography
Services will not result in any cancellation fees.
Due to the focus, energy, effort and dedication that goes
into each photo shoot, such as specific style studies and location review, as well as the scheduling aspect of sessions such as preparing of equipment, travel arrangements, and editing
days that are reserved for each project, there are fees involved in the following cancellations and rescheduling:
Any cancellations or schedule changes confirmed within 24 to 48 hours of the
scheduled shoot will result in a $150.00 charge. Any cancellations or schedule changes
confirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled shoot will result in a $250.00
charge.
These charges will be due within 5 days of the
originally scheduled shoot.
Payments are to be made to Never the Rock Photography.
Cash, credit and checks are accepted. Checks can be mailed to the following
